Refund and Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns for physical products that are damaged or faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please let us know, and provide an image of the fault so we can assist you further. We will discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange, gift card or refund.

Digital products are exempt from returns or refunds, due to their nature. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us if you have any issues or concerns, and we will do our best to remedy them for you.
