Return and Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns for physical products that are damaged or faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please let us know, and provide an image of the fault so we can assist you further. We will discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange, gift card or refund.

Digital products are exempt from returns or refunds, as the intellectual property is delivered to you immediately after payment. However, we do offer $0 and $1 trials to enable you to access Online Armenian School, with a full month to assess whether it is suitable for you.
